Hi! — I’m a brand manager and researcher. I work alongside company founders and their teams to understand and grow their value proposition. 

I believe strong brands are built bottom-up, so I work across the key components of brand development: market research, creative direction, online marketing, social media and PR strategy. Incrementally, we build the brand, while asking the big questions: “What value is being created?”, “Who cares?” and “How do we reach them?”

Moving from finance to the creative world of advertising, I feel I have found my home helping small & medium-sized companies develop their brands. I enjoy working closer to the bottom line, seeing the direct results on a business’s growth. It’s challenging yet incredibly rewarding work.

Born in Lithuania, I grew up and spent most of my adult life in London. Today you will find me in Vienna, Austria, with one foot still in the UK when travel allows.
